ESP32-C6-Mini-1 no at answer

Hi,
I'm using ESP32-C6-Mini-1 with ESP32-C6-DevKitM demo board.
After flashing factory_ESP32C6-4MB.bin firmware (from ESP32-C6-4MB-AT-V4.0.0.0 folder), I well receive folowing message:

After that, if I request AT command, no answer come out.
I wonder if I have to modify Generic firmware as it seems to configure uart 1 for at command as there is no uart 1 on ESP32-C6-Mini-1.
