ESP32 TYPE-C USB CH340C CP2102 WiFi+Bluetooth Ultra-Low Power Dual Core

I have big problems in uplode sketches onto the module in the arduino ide . Some models in the list of boardmanager compiles sketches free of error, but there is no model, that is able to upload the compiled sketch. I use the newest arduino ide. Arduino nano clones all are runing without problems. Why do I have problems with all different ESP32 modules as well as 30Pin and 38Pin.
