ESP32 USB Connection Issue

I'm having trouble getting my ESP32 board to show up on my Windows PC. It doesn't appear as a COM port or USB device when I plug it in. I've tried multiple USB cables and different USB ports on my computer, but nothing's worked so far. Are there any drivers, settings, or tools I should check to troubleshoot this?
