ESP32-C5 系列芯片技术规格书v0.5中6.3.1 低功耗蓝牙射频发射器 (TX) 特性提及调制特性，以BLE1M为例
∆f1avg = 250kHz
At least 99.9% of all ∆f2max frequency = 255kHz
∆f2avg/∆f1avg = 0.98
从以上信息可知∆f2avg = 245kHz，与At least 99.9% of all ∆f2max frequency是否矛盾？
PS：RFPHY.TS.p20中定义∆f2avg：the average frequency value of all ∆f2max frequencies in a packet is calculated and recorded as
∆f2avg.
BLE2M & BLE coded PHY(S=8/S=2)同上。
∆f1avg = 250kHz
At least 99.9% of all ∆f2max frequency = 255kHz
∆f2avg/∆f1avg = 0.98
从以上信息可知∆f2avg = 245kHz，与At least 99.9% of all ∆f2max frequency是否矛盾？
