Power Brownouts in Circuit

Hello I have a Question, I´m not very familiar with electrical circuits and I get a NACK error for my TOF-Sensors as soon as my LED-Lights are powered. I have drawn two versions of the circuit.
the Problem is, as soon as the Relay Modul is triggered by the ESP and the LED-Lights are Powered by 230V they light up. But after a 10 second period they are automatically switched off, to turn off the light. After that I get a NACK for my TOF-Sensors.
I suspect a power spike or a other kind of Brownout in the TOF-Circuit.
I already added some capacitors and resistors directly in front of the TOF-Sensors but it didn´t change anything.
I´m very grateful for any suggestions.
