ESP32-WROOM-32D Keeps resetting

This dev kit keeps resetting. Have tried different cables (cable works ok with other kits), restarting ide etc. Found a ResetReason.ino in the examples. Following is what it prints to serial monitor. Does any of this show how to fix the resetting?

You would need to either decode the backtrace or post some code. It looks like it is having an issue with your sleep settings (perhaps a power domain is not available).
