Internal GPIO0 weak pull-up get's disconnected with slow/fuzzy 3.3V ramp-up

Hello,
Sometimes our ESP32-S3 boots into download mode. While debugging we saw that at first the GPIO0 follows the Vin signal but all over sudden, before the reset get's released, it gets disconnected:
Is there a known errata?
