Bluetooth SIG Qualification for ESP32-S3 SoC with Custom Antenna

We are using the ESP32-S3 SoC (chip) in our product, and we need to complete Bluetooth SIG Qualification. While filling out the qualification form, I found that the ESP32-S3 Design Number (DN) is 239440, and for the Bluetooth stack (ESP-Nimble), the DN is 141499.
My question is:
Can I proceed using these existing qualified designs, or do I need to create a modified design and generate a new test plan?
Also, I’d like to clarify whether the DN 239440 refers specifically to the ESP32-S3 SoC or to the ESP32-S3 module (which includes the antenna). We are using the ESP32-S3 SoC, meaning we have a custom antenna design — should this antenna also be included in the Bluetooth certification process?
