ESP32-P4 Custom Board TCXO Implementation

Hello,
I'm designing a custom board using an ESP32-P4. I have two VERY SIMPLE questions.
To ensure stability, I've decided to add a TCXO instead of a standard crystal for both the 40 MHz and the 32Khz clock source.
Question is: is it connected correctly in the pictures? Connection is from output to XTAL_P pin. XTAL_N is Grounded.

I also wanted to take the opportunity of asking if the USB connection to GPIO24 and GPIO25 will enable me to program the board and access the serial UART from my PC, as below:

Please help me! I'd very grateful.
