Miner V2 Has all Zeros In Hash

I just configured my new miner with Nerd Miner V2 it is brand new one and the chipset is ESP32-32E N4 and it had an older version of the miner software version on it. Now that I have configured with Version 2 all I see is zeros all across the miner and it is pulling an IP Address from Linksys router. It worked previously on that and well now it is not working. Does anyone have any ideas? Anyone familiar with the chipset I posted? Thank you.

So I tried to install nerdminer V2 bin file fron Github and have zero luck with this thing. I used the Platformio with Visual Studios and did not get anywhere with this. I have a C3f4e9d4 Chipset Version 3 and I was trying to get this thing flashed correctly and just I am not getting anywhere. Can someone help out a newbie? I am really trying hard to learn this device as complicated as it sounds. Thank you.

Make sure you use the correct firmware variant for the board/device you got.

Where can I find the correct firmware version for that board I have? Can you help me locate it? I can provide more detail if it is needed. Thank you for your reply.

More detail needed indeed. A link to the specific product you bought or pictures of the board would help.
Also the flashing/update procedure you used. A full flash erase may be needed prior to flashing a new firmware.

I actually traded it for another piece of technology and well here are the attached pictures of the miner and I used the flashing procedure from two sites. See below:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCaGVYx3rgo&t=502s and loaded the bin file "espnerdminer2.1.bin" from his process and rebooted and erased the flash.
I went to this site at
https://solutions.carenuity.com/ went to the section for ESP32 board and clicked install and it works 100% and loads the bin file just fine, but when I connect it "Wifi" I can see the miner pull an IP Address from the DHCP server, but the display is all zeros including the hash.
So this is where I am stuck at and well, I hope to find the right bin file, but I think the correct bin file would probably fix my issues. I am very familiar with the esptool commands. Thank you for your help.

Did you also re-configure your mining pool details after flashing?

I did put my wallet address in the bitcoin address field as well but same result each time. Is there something else I need to look for or configure?

If the firmware runs successfully, indicated by the display working and you being able to access the web interface, the issue is likely in the specifics of the firmware and/or the way it needs to be set up; like
https://github.com/BitMaker-hub/NerdMiner_v2/issues/431 for example.

Although a great reference link that issue is something fixed over a year ago and well mine has to got to be past that now I would hope. Can you tell me what bin file I would need to load on to this miner? See the attached screenshots of what I am seeing. I can ping the device on the network and get a reply back but cannot reach the configuration page. So, I was narrowing it down to the wrong firmware. There is not much support out there for these devices I see.
