DC Blocking capacitor of Oscillator

Hello,
I use EPS32-U4WDH component with a 10pF capacitor between XTAL_P to the oscillator's output according to the notice ("Hardware Design Guidelines V.3.2, page 7"). In the same notice, It is mentioned that the amplitude into XTAL_P can't exceed 1.1V. Does this value refer to the output of the DC blocking capacitor? Does anyone know what should be the voltage range between XTAL_P and the capacitor? I have 3.3V in the input of the capacitor in my current design, is it OK?
Thanks in advance.
