I’m working on a project using an ESP32-S3 Touch LCD 7. I’m setting it up on macOS Tahoe 26.1 (M1). I’m not asking for troubleshooting, just guidance on the correct setup steps for this board.

I want to confirm:
• Which USB/serial driver is recommended for the S3 on macOS
• Whether Arduino IDE or PlatformIO is preferred for this module
• Which libraries are required for the Touch LCD 7
• Any official documentation or GitHub examples for this display
• Known macOS compatibility notes for the S3
