ESP-RTC SIPS communication

For my project using an ESP32S3 and a custom board, I am trying to create a secure SIP client.
Using esp-rtc from the lastest esp-adf commit, I can configure a client certificate to achieve TLS communication.
However I don't see any configuration to achieve secure audio streaming like SRTP.

1) Is a secure audio streaming possible with current esp-rtc ?
2) If the answer to 1) is yes, can I get documentation or an example of an implementation ?
3) If the answer to 1) is no, is this feature planned for future esp-adf update ?
