ESP32-S3: VDD3P3 versus VDDA

Hi ESP-community,
ESP32-S3 has two different net labels for the Analog power domain: VDD3P3 and VDDA.
VDDA is shown in the power scheme below (from the datasheet of ESP32-S3 Series) : But VDD3P3 is shown nowhere. I've looked into the datasheet, the manual and the hardware design guidelines, but I don't find any information about what VDD3P3 is specifically powering
What's the difference between VDD3P3 and VDDA ? Are they internally connected ?
Finally, is it VDDA or VDD3P3 that's generating the internal Vref for the SAR ADC's ?
I hope I hear some feedback from you.
Best regards and have a nice week.
