Embedded debugging with the Zed Editor

I've created a Gist detailing how to set-up the Zed Editor for embedded debugging with the ESP-IDF framework (specifically for macOS).
Hopefully someone finds it useful. Zed is a nice editor that's improving all the time. VSCode seems sluggish & I could never get CLion to work reliably.
