How to flash Home Assistant's Voice Preview ESP board?

The https://www.home-assistant.io/voice-pe/ is equipped with a ESP32-S3 SoC with 16 MB of FLASH storage
8 MB octal PSRAM. I know I can flash through a website, but I want to flash with the esptool.
The latest release is on https://github.com/esphome/home-assista ... ag/25.12.1
I know I should flash ha-voice-8mb-esp32s3.factory.bin. However, what is the starting address? Do I need to put it in bootloader mode? If so, how? The esp32 on the device is not a development board, it's part of the main board
