ROM symbols of newer chips

The official ROM publish site has seen no updates since Oct, 2024. Newer ROM symbol files will be helpful for newer chips (revisions) with different ROM code when working with app trapped inside ROM, specifically retail p4 rev1.0 eco2 and later, retail c5 rev1.0 eco2 and all c61 chips...

Only public entry points there lol. Must rebuild other symbols from older ROM symbol files manually.
