Sorry, impossible to tell. There are multiple different variants of boards/DevKit clones in circulation, so we'd need more specific information. (And even then, depending on the seller, boards delivered don't always exactly match the advertisement.) When in doubt, you may have to wait for the board to arrive and check for the labelling on it, as they usually have some "hints" like "RGB 38" (=RGB-LED connected to GPIO 38) printed on them.

What you receive may or may not be the same as documented here.
