ESP32_IDF fail to open old project sdkconfig file

I installed ESP_IDF V4.1.0 recently, start to work on a old ESP32 project, but when I open the sdkconfig file , it report error "retrieving output from the JSON configuration server, please check the console". but nothing display on console.
Any idea to fix it?
