USB_WEBCAM example is not work in XIAO ESP32-S3

I clone the USB_WEBCAM uvc project from the esp component registry and change the camera pin. When the uvc connect to my pc, there is no any frame display on my pc. I try open the camera with windows camera and opencv python, but it will stuck for about 30 second and ESP reboot automatically.
