Resetting through Wi-Fi

Hello, my name is Massimo and I’m writing from Naples, Italy.
A few days ago, I discovered that a device with the hostname WIFIAIRCONDITIONER-e930 and MAC address 78:E3:6D:B3:E9:30 is connected to my router (FRITZ!Box 7590 AX).
I’m quite sure it isn’t one of the devices I have at home,
but after doing a bit of checking, I realised it’s my neighbour’s Haier air conditioner – and I don’t exactly have the best relationship with him.
Now, I haven’t understood how it was able to connect to my Wi-Fi network (I have a rather complex password),
and I’ve also blocked its internet access via the router, but is there a command I can send over Wi-Fi to reset it or, more generally, disconnect it from my network?
I imagine you already know that it responds to ping, but it doesn’t respond on ports 80, 8080, 443, 1883, 23, 554, 6668, 8883.
Thank you very much for your help.
I hope this question hasn’t already been asked.
