ESP32 Wrover N16R8 Wifi unusable when A2DP audio streaming

Good day.
The issue I'm having does not seem to be a generic Wifi + BT coexistence issue.
In short, the moment I play music through the A2DP sink, the wifi connection goes to complete hell (99% packet loss). No matter which coexistence setting I use, prefer wifi/balance etc the exact same issue occurs.
Furthermore to prove it's not a "BT using too much data", whether BT is streaming at AAC 250kbps or LDAC 900KBPS I get the EXACT same result. This proves it's not the Wifi fighting for raw throughput, something else is blocking it.
To further prove the above point, after the audio plays the wifi works nearly perfectly for about 5-10 seconds before it tanks.
It's also only when the music is playing, if it's paused Wifi works. I've tried almost every setting I know, I think I'm missing something. I'm using IDF 6.0, any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated, thank you
