I have removed metal chip case. I used multimeter to find which exact flash pins are connected to chip pins, I have found following

(flash PIN -> esp32 pin)
CE -> not connected to pin
SIO1 -> d0
SIO2 -> d3
VSS -> gnd

VCC -> 3.3V but no direct connection to pin
SIO3 -> d2
SCLK -> clk
SIO0 ...
