Problem with Secure Download

Hi Folks,

i have problems to download files to my esp32-s3 after activating SecureDownload and Flash encryption.

here is my Security Information

esptool.py v4.7.0
Serial port COM10
Connecting.....
Chip is ESP32-S3 in Secure Download Mode
Enabling default SPI flash mode...
