Is there any plan to make a windows/macos/linux version of the app?

Or perhaps it could be done with a clever web page?

Currently there is no plan to add a web app for mac/linux/windows. For such hosts, we have the CLI, but that too is meant for testing/scripting purposes only. If anyone is interested to start with a simple web frontend, we have the API docs available.
