Can the 2nd stage bootloader partition be customized to include WiFi and accommodate larger code?

I know the 2nd stage bootloader can be customized, but i don't know if there is any resource limitation.

As FreeRTOS and flash mapping aren't up yet in the 2nd bootloader, no, generally you can't.
