how to clear watchdog by hand?

how to clear watchdog by hand if I have a mission to wait before freeos task run ?
I have a exception caused by delay too long and hint me watchdog reboot?

What are you doing while the watchdog kicks in? Asking because normally the watchdog should print out a message with the reason for it and panic, instead of just resetting the SoC.
