Automation with App Esp RainMaker

Does the Automation created within the EspRainMaker app work without an internet connection?

Rainmaker intends to streamline IoT development (RAD). IoT devices leverage a connection for real-time functionality (WAN/LAN) given this is the general concept of IoT. I haven't dabbled with Rainmaker in a while, but it is a cloud-hosted environment that requires internet connectivity between end points.

Thank you for your reply. Let me explain my project better.
I developed a board with ESP32, reading a SHT30 Humidity and Temperature sensor. The board also has 2 relays.
I programmed it using the Arduino IDE, reading the sensor and two buttons to activate the relays in the ESPRainMaker APP.
In the EspRainMaker app, I created the automation to turn one of the relays on and off based on humidity. It is working fine. Would this automation be dependent on the Internet?
