SoftAP mode and BLE mode of WiFi Provisioning can be enabled simultaneously？
Can both modes be enabled? Let the user choose which mode to use.

Unfortunately, this is currently not supported by the underlying esp-idf Wi-Fi provisioning APIs. This has to be chosen at compile time.

This actually depends on whether there is plan to implement this in esp-idf. From what I know, this may not be in near term plan. You may raise a request on esp-idf.

Since the esp-idf still allows only one of the 2 (BLE or SoftAP) to be enabled at a given time, the same limitation exists for ESP RainMaker too.
