Update SD-Card via OTA, NOT OTA via SD-Card.

I've been looking for a way to update the sd card via ota, but only found how to update the device from sd card.
To make it clear: I have HTML files on the sd card and likes to update this files in the same process while I do an OTA on the device. So that all data on the device and the sd card are consistent.
Is there a standard componet to do so, or is there an example?

Yes, there is standard component. It is called http client and combined with standard posix functions to write files can be used to download files and store on sd card.
