Issue: ESP32-S3R2 with W25Q128JV Flash – Boot Problem and Overheating

To provide more context: we are using the same Gerber files for both the first and second production batches. In the first batch, the boards functioned as expected—there were no junk values during boot, and the application ran correctly. However, we did notice that the MCU was heating up more than usual.

In the second batch, we are now observing both issues:

. Garbled/junk serial output on initial power-up

. Excessive heating of the MCU
