Hi everyone,
I am designing an RF front-end circuit based on the ESP32-C6 (QFN40 package). I'm working on a matching network for the LNA_IN pin in the 2.4 GHz band, and I aim to achieve proper impedance matching (VSWR ≈ 1).
In order to run accurate simulations, I need to know the internal input impedance of the LNA_IN port at 2.4 GHz (Z = R + jX).
I’ve reviewed the ESP32-C6 datasheet and reference designs but could not find this specific impedance value. Therefore, I have the following questions:
1. Does Espressif provide the complex impedance value of LNA_IN at 2.4 GHz?
2. Is there a recommended matching network or load impedance for simulations?
3. Is the LNA_IN impedance similar to that of the ESP32-C3 or ESP32-S3 (e.g., 30 + j10 Ω)?
