ESP32-S3 uart connect to quectel EC800K

hi everyone, i am using esp32-s3 uart1 connect to quectel ec800k(LTE CAT.1 module)
I don't want use at cmd to establish mqtt client, i want establish mqtt client on esp32, and the 4G module just a network interface
i know a tech named PPPOS, but i don't know whether EC800K support pppos

I have never used it, but PPP is available in Arduino to provide a bridge b/w a modem and the native interfaces.
