Hi there,
I have an ESP32-C5 dev board, and I would like for it to connect to a WiFi network. This network is WPS-only, supporting only PIN mode (not push-button), and defines its own PIN (which I unfortunately cannot change). The WPS example program in the ESP-IDF repository only appears to support the WPS PIN mode in which the ESP32 defines the PIN, and does not appear to allow for the programmer or user to set the PIN, instead randomly generating it.
I have attempted to manually override the randomly-generated PIN, however it seems any attempt I make to use a custom PIN causes some sort of GURU Meditation error. To be clear, the compiler is fine with my code, however it completely crashes and errors out when running on actual hardware.
I was wondering, if there is an example, could someone point me in the direction where I might find code that demonstrates the functionality I am looking to achieve? Or, if that doesn't exist, could give me some pointers as to how to proceed?
Kind regards,
@VoxelTek
