how to load the program with esp prog(jtag)

i have esp32s3 i want to load the program in esp32s3 using esp prog( jtag ). i am not able to load the program now please guid me

Where exactly are you getting stuck? What software are you using, what are the specific steps you followed, what did you expect to happen, what did actually happen?
