Can i make my esp32-S3 communicate with heliohost?

i bought my esp32 a few days ago and i've been using bylnk for a while now and seeing how limited it is, i wanted to utizile heliohost's free services and use their database to send data from my esp32 to a heliohost database that would track the time and status of an LED blub that i control with my esp32. i've been searching for 2 days now but i don't see anybody using their esp32 with heliohost.
