ESP32-C6 chip antenna hardware design OA-C07

Hello

I'm trying to use a OA-C07 chip antenna in conjunction with a ESP32-C6FH4 chip.

This is my current design. The design is based on the matching network described in the antenna datasheet page 4 https://fcc.report/FCC-ID/2ajyu8xn0001/6207412.pdf

What is the recommendation from Espressif for such a chip antenna?
Is the matching network from the antenna enough, or do I need to combine it with the RF circuit matching network proposed by Espressif in the schematic checklist? https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... rf-circuit

Happy for any pointers in the correct direction.
The current design doesn't perform well, the connection to WiFi AP's doesn't work reliable all the time.
