Disable AE in esp_video

Hi all,

My setup: I have a development board with esp32-p4 and sc2336 sensor connected via MIPI interface.

My application is a little bit inspired by the simple video server example, but streams video out via the ethernet port.
I am using esp_video component to control a camera sensor. I am using the v4l2 controls provided by the esp_video component.
As long as the sensor runs in AE mode, everything is fine.
However, I cannot find out how to properly switch to manual mode, so I can manually set gain and exposure time.

Can this be done using v4l2 ioctrl, or do I have to use another API for that ?
