How i can see that my relay functionality working (ESP-BLE-MESH) Please Help !!

i had 2 nodes . node1 acts as server and node2 acts as relay . we are send the on/off message from mobile to node1. But in the mesh node2 acts as relay i know because when i try to send on/off message to node1 from out of range of node1 on that time node2 will forward that message to node1 i understood but i want to show in serial terminal in VScode . i don't know how to log the relay message in serial terminal and what kind of options to enabled in VSCode i don't know . Please help me.
