Looking for ESP32 which has next 2 years manufacturing visibility

Hello All,
I am planning to use a ESP Bluetooth + WiFi Dev Kit for multiple P10 Display based products.
I found ESP32-S3-WROOM series dev kit to start with.
Can someone please recommend me which ESP32 dev kit I should use which is supported by Arduino and supports below needs ?
1. OTA update of firmware.

3. LCD Display integration.
4. Home Automation (Touch or Wifi based)
5. Supported by Arduino IDE.
