OpENer on ESP32-P4 (Ethernet/IP the Industrial Protocol)

Over the past few weeks, I have worked in my spare time to port the OpENer Ethernet/IP adapter stack to the ESP32-P4. This is currently not a generic repo it is targeted to the ESP32-P4 hardware and peripherals that I am using in my project. However, the underlying changes are valid for other use cases.

Currently Working: Ethernet/IP, ModbusTCP, Web API and OTA Firmware Updates.

Please note that there were some changes to the ESP-IDF version of LwIP that may or may not be fully documented/uploaded.

I am not a professional programmer, and my repo may not be very organized, but it currently works for me.
