Dear professionals - ESP red light is there ( so I guess correct plugged in to the USB port) but I do get this information: Pick Server Port

No serial devices found.

This list automatically refreshes if you plug one in. => What can I do? Thank you.

Are you sure you're using an USB cable that is not charging only? Many people before you got caught on that one.
