Hello there!
I have a custom board, with an integrated ESP32-P4. Despite powering the board, the IC is not consuming any current and it's not sending any message via the UART interface.
Attatching the schematic.
I also have a really similar board (same schematic, but I messed with the RX and TX pins). The board powered fine and was consuming some current.
Can't seem to find a logical solution to this part.
Do you guys have any idea?
Thank you very much!
ESP32-P4 is not booting

Re: ESP32-P4 is not booting
Since you're saying that you 'messed with the tx, rx pins ' kindly check the other traces. Maybe you cut one or two other traces by mistake.

Re: ESP32-P4 is not booting
Maybe I didn't explain good enough.
I first manufactured a board. It had the RX and TX pins messed up. But the ESP32 booted, and was sending some messages after booting.
I then manufactured another board. Apparently, with the same schematic (only the RX and TX changed). And this second board is not booting.
I guess there is something not ok in both PCBs. Maybe some floating pin, and with the first board it behaves different than the second.
