[esp-idf 5.1.6- esp32-c3] assert on sch_arb whe ble connected while scanning

Hi,
when i have an esp32-c3 with ble configured as central and peripheral (suing NIMble AND EXTENDED ADVERTISING), when a a device is connected to the peripheral (e.g., a smartphone connected to esp32-c3) and the esp32-c3 starts a scanning, it triggers following assert:
BLE assert sch_arb.c 517, param 00000000 00000000

Any clue?
