Esp32-h2 super mini stucks when powered not via USB

I have my esp32-h2 super mini with very simple code of turning led on (gpio 13). If I powered it via USB type c, everything works good and mcu boots properly. But if I will use 5v and Gnd pads for powering it up, the mcu stucks and ONLY after pressing reboot button in starts working as it should. Pls can somebody help me with this problem ?

Could be that the circuit is a bit wonky and it boots into download mode. Can you try and see what happens if you connect GPIO9 to +3.3V; does it boot properly when you do that?

Didn't help( still the same issue.

But i have found smth helpful. When i add 1µF capacitor to RESET button it boots properly even if i power the mcu via 5v and gnd pads (it is still not suitable solution for me, cause it is hard to solder the capacitor strongly enough).
