migrating ESP32-C3-MINI-1-H4 to H4X - loose uart

Hi, we used the ESP32-C3-MINI-1-H4 in a board design that requires 2 uarts, uart0 on pin 30 and 31 and uart1 on pin 20 and 21.
Now the H4 and N4 are not recommended for new design and it is recommended to use the new version H4X o N4X, but on data sheet is wrote that pins from 19 to 24 are not bonded so there are only 16 GPIO.
Is there a way to map Uart on other bonded pins and still have 2 uarts?
