Suitable product for mesh network

Hello members & espressif team,
I m an independent developer ,freelancer , hobbyist. I m working on one of my client project which requires to develop an automation system
for a building with multiple rooms (& multiple floors). Requirement is to develop an mesh work approximately as per analysis require
around 150 devices , I would like to know the suitable product , framework(good if supports arduino), resources, library recommendations & similar.
Detailed requirements :
1) Nodes up to 150 devices & more.
2) Self healing
3) AES125/256 Encryption, secure network is priority as well.
4) Unique ID.
5) Low latency
I wanted to reach out espressif team but i don't see an option on contact as its mandatory to have an organisation & custom email with organization domain, as of now I don't own any organization so i m unable to contact. If any espressif member from official team here please help with above requirement and how do i reach to technical team.
