Do Espressif support ever respond?

Over the last couple of years I have sent multiple support requests to espressif via the website, asking for help with commercial projects which built on the ESP32 ecosystem. So far I have not had a single reply. I haven't even had a confirmation email saying the requests were received.

More recently I have submitted a full design for review (as service which is advertised). I expected at least a confirmation that it was received and maybe a timeline for the review, but nothing.

Where is Espressif's official support? Does anyone else get radio silence from them?
