Esp32-p4 module?

Postby Aeronautic » Thu May 21, 2026 11:48 pm

I am looking for some info about official esp32-p4 module.
There is a module designed by waveshare but as I wish to use it in commercial long life product I absolutely wish to stay with espressif product

Have you seen this one too.

Personally I had such high hopes for this one. There is just something fishy going on with Espressif and this P4, and now they are coming out with the ESP32-S31.

Espressif on its site shows only chips itself

By module I mean wroom versions: waveshare ships it as esp32-p4-module and that’s what’s what I am looking for

We actually have a P4 based product ( https://www.arcadeshop.com/i/1758/p4-po ... me-kit.htm ) using this module https://en.wireless-tag.com/product-item-56.html

Of course it would be nice if we would not need to depend on a 3rd party but it is not the end of the world
