ESP32-P4 chip availability ?

Having previously ordered ESP32-P4 chips on PCBAs via JLCPCB (this was v1.3), I just noticed that the ESP32-P4 (P4NRW32 ) is now showing on LCSC as "not available now, discontinued", and there seems to be no stock at Digikey, Mouser etc.

Is this perhaps an issue with teh transition to v3.x silicon?
When can we expect general availability ?

P4NRW32 has already reached EOL.
P4NRW32X is currently in mass production.

I assume the X means the 3.x version ?

However there doesn't appear to be availability anywhere. I need to know when I'll be able to order via JLCPCB or Digikey.
